Thank you for the interest you displayed to myself and Molly, and the advice you all offered, knocks on the door, telephone call, or chance a meeting within the village confines.

The problem has now been resolved: I searched the original documentation, I received at the time of purchase of the video recorder; BINGO! I found a web site address, and then ‘’HOUSE’’ a full line, it worked and was still connected/operating, and then ‘’Full House’’’ they HUMAX answered with advice that I followed, and it worked!! Thanks to you all for the opportunity to ‘’chew the fat’’
