News from the Gym  –  Belly Dancing Classes!

If anyone is interested, time will have to be confirmed with teacher, but will be either Tuesday afternoon of evening.

It will be £15 pound for a six weeks course (which makes it £2.50 a session) The course will only run if we receive enough participants so please go into the Gym and let Lucy know if you are interested.   It is hoped to start at the end of July or beginning of August depending on numbers.

There are few participants in the Wake-up Class at 7.30am in the Gym – why not come along?   Or you may prefer the Sit to Stand Class at 11.00am, also in the gym. Lucy does her best to keep us active and in good health.

The   G E N E A L O G Y   G R O U P   in the Craft Room at 10.00am welcome all comers and will help you find out who your ancestors were.

Cleaning of the Carpets in the residential corridors continues.  Please do all you can to keep clear of the areas where this work is taking place.  Look for the detailed notices which have been displayed.
